Filter Dry Cabinet is designed to dry various types of filters used in AHUs and LAF systems in accordance with safety and cGMP requirements. After washing, the filters are placed on SS racks for uniform drying, with a typical cycle time of 50–60 minutes.
The system works on a re-circulatory airflow design to improve drying efficiency and save energy. All internal and external surfaces are made from SS 304/SS 316 for durability and cleanroom compatibility. Each hinged door includes a wide toughened-glass window for easy viewing.
After the filters are loaded, the high-static blower and heater supply warm, clean air through the filters to remove moisture quickly and effectively. Once the cycle is complete, the user can pull or push the handle to open the cabinet and collect the dried filters.
