Static Pass Box

Static pass box is used to transfer materials between two cleanrooms or controlled environments that have same cleanliness classification. It minimizes the risk of contamination and maintains the integrity of cleanroom conditions during the material movement. The unit is equipped with a mechanical or electronic interlocking system to ensure that only one door can be opened at a time, providing effective contamination control and operational safety.

Dynamic Pass Box

Dynamic Pass Box is used to transfer materials between cleanroom areas of different cleanliness classifications. It is designed to reduce particulate contamination by continuously supplying HEPA-filtered air into the internal chamber during material transfer.

The unit is equipped with a motor-blower system and HEPA filtration to ensure effective air cleanliness within the transfer chamber. An interlocking mechanism prevents simultaneous door opening, thereby avoiding cross-contamination and maintaining pressure integrity between connected areas.
