De-dusting System is designed to remove loose particles and dust from incoming materials before they are transferred from the warehousing area into the quarantine zone. The system uses a combination of high-velocity air jets, a four-sided brushing mechanism, and a multi-stage filtration process to ensure effective particulate removal.
The motorized roller conveyor transfers heavy-load material through the de-dusting chamber, where a four-sided brushing mechanism and high-velocity air from adjustable nozzles remove surface dust. The exhaust blowers extract dust-laden air, while heavier particles settle in the bottom tray. The cleaned material then moves to the exit-side idler conveyor for operator collection and further processing.
